Shipping policy
Once your order has been processed and payment has been submitted, your sales representative will provide you with an estimated ship date. Orders are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information for your order. Please note that all of our fixtures require a signature upon delivery, so take care to ensure someone is available to receive the package. In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver and needs to return the package to us, please contact us promptly to arrange for reshipment. Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipment.
